Issue:

An estimated twelve million ( 12,000,000 ) illegal aliens have descended on America. Most are in search of jobs; illegal jobs for illegal aliens. Our government, for obvious reasons, cannot for certain say where they came from, but they are here. They are given jobs by American employers that hire illegal aliens.

Employers appreciate illegal aliens' work ethic. Obviously, many Americans are losing out in the job market. Employment of illegal aliens keep wages suppressed for certain Americans, which is bad for their earning ability, but good for the public in keeping prices slightly lower. However, illegal aliens bring with them a tremendous cost to the American economy and redistribution of its tax revenues: a much higher crime rate in America, more children that America must educate, illegal alien families with access to the American healthcare system, millions of uneducated and underclass illegal aliens hanging out in America, and millions of illegal aliens that refuse to assimilate into American culture. Overall; a threat to American Exceptionalism.

AMERICA HAS BEEN INVADED!

The Mexican government and Central American governments refuse to create a favorable economic climate for their citizens. It's not America's fault. Is it America's responsibility to help them? NO! The Co-Founders suggest that America should not bear the burden of the Mexican government and the Central American governments’ inefficient, unfair, and corrupt policies.

History shows that when a successful society is infiltrated by groups that refuse to assimilate and accept the dominate culture as their own, the respective society begins to destroy itself. All Americans should speak fluent English, as it has been our accepted language for over 200 years. English is recognized as the primary international business language; why not the primary language of America? When millions of foreigners arrive in America and then legally or illegally begin to live in America and thereafter refuse to learn our language, English, and refuse to adopt the American culture, then this action clearly becomes a threat to American Exceptionalism, the American Dream and America.

Witness the uproar in America over illegal immigration, the idiotic immigration policies in Congress and the refusal by the American government to enforce current immigration law while elected members in Congress suck up to cameras in order to "say anything" "do anything" that pertains to illegal aliens during election season as they seek to get elected.

Point in case: The Senate, during the 2006 election season in front of the cameras, voted in favor of real border control. They voted in favor of building a 370 mile fence along part of America's southern border. The votes were cast. However, the votes were cast during election season. So beware of the "say anything" "do anything" strategy during election season to get elected.

The ruse: In order to build the fence along America's southern boarder, funding had to be approved. Smells like hypocrisy. Yes. Remember the Senators voted in front of the cameras during election season to approve the fence. Within a few weeks the Senators cast their votes regarding funding that was needed for the fence along part of America's southern border. However, hypocrisy rules. They voted against funding for the fence. Their "say anything" "do anything" election strategy worked when they approved the fence but absolutely backfired when they quietly cast their votes to not allow funding of the fence. It's still election season 2006. They needed a fix.

The fix: The Senators during their summer vacation felt the heat in their home states. So, they voted again after returing from their vacation. Guess what? They approved funding for the 370 mile fence along part of America's southern border.

Can you spell Senators? H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-T-E-S; hypocrites.

An October update: During late September 2006 the Senate and the House approved funding for seven hundred miles of fencing along much of America's southern border. However, it is election season and therefore we are inclinded to believe that this may become another Congressional untruth. After election season we will know more.

Another October update: October 26, 2006 President Bush signed into law the "Secure Fence Act of 2006." However, dedicated funding (money) for the "Secure Fence Act of 2006" has not neen appropriated.

                  CONGRESS, SHOW US THE MONEY!

Otherwise, we are inclined to believe that the "Secure Fence Act of 2006" is nothing more than "say anything" "do anything" during election season to get elected.

Illegal Immigration was the primary issue that caused the Co-Founders to form Purge Congress, Inc. and its family of organizations. Spurred into action by the inept positions and actions of the liberals and many of the conservatives in Congress, Purge Congress, Inc. was born, then launched.

Furthermore, the amnesty proposal of the President and most of the Senate is INSANE. They propose that the illegal aliens pay a small fine, be paid their social security benefits, and then qualify for fast-track citizenship. Great! They break the law, invade America, get paid illegal compensation, and now they get to vote? FORGET THAT! Practically all of the illegal aliens lack the basic knowledge regarding American history, American heritage, American values, American principles, but they will get to participate ( vote ) in what is perhaps the most sacred election process in the world; the American election process. Many of the illegal aliens, while pregnant, run across the American border and have thousands of babies in America's hospitals, at the expense of the American taxpayers, and the babies are automatically citizens of the United States of America...Will the Senate please show us the SANITY in this policy? We can certainly show the Senate the INSANITY in this policy.

We can go on and on and on, and will provide many insightful articles on this website for your review. We favor a tough and common sense approach to illegal immigration. Here it is.

Solution:

First, we favor a solution that protects American culture; often referred to by us as American Exceptionalism. If it means that fewer non-English speaking illegal aliens are here, we think that is OK. If it means that a pint of strawberries cost an additional 25 cents, that’s OK. If landscaping costs an additional 10 percent, we don’t care. If it costs an additional $ 2,000 dollars to build an average size house, so be it. What many people think and assume is the cost, often is not the real cost, if we, the taxpayers, are subsidizing our economy with what is referred to as cheap labor. Truthfully, we call it illegal labor.

But with that said, we believe that Americans can live with legal alien worker status for a reasonable number of legal aliens, but no illegal aliens. Many American businesses scream out that they will be forced to close if they do not have access to the pool of illegal alien labor. So be it. We can find compromise regarding "legal" aliens working in America without them becoming American citizens, but no "illegal" aliens working or living in America.

As we seek reform in Congress, we will seek to cause illegal immigration to become more than a [stupid] talking point during election season.

We propose that all illegal aliens:

Leave America! Return to your sovereign country! Go home!

Those that seek to legally return to America must be processed at a Work Center outside America through a for-profit security system operated by something that is or resembles MasterCard, Visa Card, or American Express. These firms have experience doing this sort of work and our government is less than efficient, less than effective, less than accurate, less than thorough and less than reliable.

Be fingerprinted and have an iris scan for identification and future locating purposes

Be examined for diseases and agree for a health profile to begin

Be issued "Work Cards" which means that they can legally apply for work in America and can become legally employed if a job is available in which they qualify

No legal alien work status will be issued to aliens that are harden criminals, disease ridden, or wanted for felonious crimes in America and / or elsewhere

If convicted of a felonious crime while in America, or elsewhere while holding a valid Work Card, then their legal alien work status will simultaneously become null and void and they must become incarcerated according to applicable law. Incarceration will continue until deported.

And,

There will be a reasonable work time limit. The work time limit will depend on the type of employment. For example: A farm worker may stay for 6 months then depart, while a highly educated research worker; ( e.g., a chemist ) may stay for 3 years if the job requires it. Furthermore, the work time limit will allow each alien worker to remain in America for employment purposes and thereafter the legal alien worker must timely leave America. Respective departure must occur through a U.S. Border facility. In the event that a legal alien worker leaves America, for any reason, without departing through a U.S. Border facility, then the respective legal alien worker will simultaneously lose its legal alien worker status and will never qualify thereafter for legal alien worker status.

The legal alien with legal alien worker status is subject to a minimum period of time before the legal alien may re-enter America under legal alien work status. This period of time should be no less than sixty 60 days but no more than one hundred 180 days.

Also, 15% of the legal alien worker's wages will be withheld and deposited into a savings account that can be used by the American Government to deport the legal alien worker, if necessary, plus pay legal bills, pay fines, pay penalties, pay taxes and more. Thereafter, the balance in the savings account will be electronically deposited to the respective legal alien worker's account outside America.

Legal alien workers will never become American citizens, unless applicable legal immigration process has been satisfied.

Legal alien workers' babies, if born in America, will not automatically become American citizens.

Legal alien workers' spouses and children are not automatically qualified to live in America, but can seek to legally qualify.

Legal alien workers that seek a drivers license must obtain a federally issued drivers license, have proper insurance and never obtain a state issued drivers license.

And the federal government must:

Impose a drastic fine combined with a strict and severe penalty on each employer that hires llegal aliens.

Allow the federal government's issued Work Card to be the only card needed by legal aliens when opening a bank account in America. Federal policy will be one Work Card, one bank account in America.

Revoke and deny the citizenship of any child born in America to a non-American citizen including their children born in America since December 31, 1999.

And finally, we are tired of American based businesses constantly challenging American culture and creating emotional unease by the relentless telephone prompts for English or Spanish and signs in Spanish. America's language is English, not Spanish, not French, not Arabic, not Chinese, not Vietnamese, but English. Yes, English as in American Exceptionalism. The federal government must promote and honor English as America's language. Not just its primary language, but America's only honored language.
